To Jeff Jones, building relationships with the people around him is paramount. His strong personal belief system informs his role as a shareholder to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Jeff mentors staff through various stages of their career to ensure they place as much focus on Rudler, PSC’s culture as previous generations of leadership.

Jeff’s relationships with his clients are driven by his desire to help them solve financial and tax issues that arise in their day-to-day business operations.

As a trusted advisor, he aims to build confidence with clients by providing solutions that are honest and practical. As part of quality control and client service standards at Rudler, Jeff also shares responsibility for the firm’s compliance on proposed standards and regulations, as well as current regulations from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB).

His dedication to developing strong, meaningful relationships has even translated into his personal life. Jeff has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kim, since 1980. Working for an independent firm that values work-life-harmony provides him and his wife with the ability to visit his two children, Amy and Chris, and their families in Naperville, Ill. and Lexington, Ky.

In addition to spending time with his grandchildren, Jeff also enjoys leading small group studies through Crossroads Community Church and following his favorite team, the University of Kentucky Wildcats. (Go Cats!)
