Working for a number of companies in varying industries upon her graduation from Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, Williams would be offered an opportunity in 1995 that would alter her career plans forever: Working full-time for Scott E. Grosser, PSC CPAs, a.k.a. her younger brother’s accounting firm. Working as the Fort Thomas-based office’s manager, she learned on the job to begin preparing tax returns and doing compilations – all while ordering supplies, cleaning, landscaping and attending to any needs as a Jill of all trades. She now works in a similar capacity for Rudler, PSC following the company’s merger with her brother’s firm in Nov. 2019. “When any clients come in, I’m here at the front desk ready to welcome them with a smile and let them know whatever they need, I’ll be here to get the job done,” she says. “I like to help people meet their needs in a timely manner.”

A native of Fort Thomas, Gail likes to stay busy even when she’s away from the office. This includes spending time with her four children (three boys and a girl) and three grandchildren (two girls, one boy), gardening or golfing whenever she can. Also active in the community, she takes a dedicated break every Tuesday to spend four hours volunteering in the food pantry at Holy Spirit Parish in Newport. “The people are so fun to work with and you feel like you’re serving a worthy purpose,” she says.
