Save the Date for our Annual Community Shred Day!
Shred Day is a joint event in partnership with the City of Fort Wright, Police Chief Ed Butler and Fire/EMS Chief Stephen Schewe, with the Shred-It mobile shredding unit located at the City of Fort Wright City Building, 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, KY 41011.
Businesses and individuals are invited to safely dispose of documents that are too sensitive to throw in trash or recycle bins. Document carboard storage boxes can be recycled courtesy of Kenton County Public Works.
September 24, 2022 9:00 a.m. - noon
The Shred-It mobile shredding unit will be located at the City of Fort Wright fire station, 409 Kyles Lane, Fort Wright, for convenient drive-thru "no touch" service. Volunteers will unload participant vehicles and load the documents into the Shred-it mobile unit.
Special thanks to Kenton County Public Works for their cardboard recycling container on site for document storage boxes.
