Rudler, PSC is honored to be named one of the 2023 Accounting Today's Best Accounting Firms to Work for.
The annual survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the accounting profession based on company workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and employee experience.
Rudler is one of 100 firms to make the national list. Previously, Rudler landed a spot on the list in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2017 - 2022.
Rudler, PSC has been named a 2023 IPA 500 Firm by Inside Public Accounting.
IPA 500 firms are ranked by U.S. net revenues and are compiled by analyzing the nearly 600 responses received this year for IPA's Survey and Analysis of Firms. Previously, Rudler was recognized as an IPA 500 Firm in 2022.
Rudler, PSC is proud to have won Cincinnati Magazine's Best in Cincy Business in the “Accounting Firm – Bookkeeping” category!
Cincinnati Magazine's Best in Cincy Business Awards honor the many businesses and services that make Cincinnati such a great place to do business. From architectural firms and MBA programs to meeting and event centers and dinner locations, thousands of people voted in this online competition and at the in-person event for their favorites in 76 categories. Previously, Rudler was voted Best in Cincy Business in the "Accounting Firm - 25 Employees or Larger" category in 2021.

Businesses and organizations were selected based on criteria from generous benefits and fun offices to serious commitment to the betterment of employees and the communities these workplaces reside in. Previously, Rudler was recognized as a Northern Kentucky Magazine's Best Workplaces in 2022.

Rudler, PSC is proud to announce that it has been recognized as a 2021 IPA 400 Firm by INSIDE Public Accounting.
The IPA Top 100, 200, 300, and 400 lists are the most accurate lists available of the nation’s top accounting firms and are ranked by U.S. net revenues and are compiled by analyzing the more than 520 responses received this year for IPA’s Survey and Analysis of Firms. Rudler, PSC was also recognized on the inaugural IPA 400 list in 2018.
Firms on the list have an average of 40 personnel, offer a working environment in which professional staff-to-partner ratio is smaller than the IPA 100 firms, and stable staff turnover. The IPA 400 firms also generate the majority of their revenue from traditional services such as accounting, auditing and taxes.
Rudler, PSC is honored to be named a 2019 Best Firm for Technology by Accounting Today. This inaugural class recognizes leading-edge firms that embace the tools that are shaping the future of the profession and model the mindsets and strategies that it will take to thrive going forward.
The members of the 2019 class completed an extensive questionnaire that covered their overall technology strategy from the average number of computer screens per employee, percentage of staff that works remotely, how digital their workflows are, to how they use it to better serve clients and how they build it into their culture.

Finalists in this award category show consistent stability through the years, are economic contributors to Northern Kentucky, are actively involved in serving and offering employment opportunities in the community and continue to stay relevant in the community through good and bad times. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we are very proud that our core values and strong internal culture has been recognized.
