John Wood, CPA, CVA

John enjoys visualizing his clients’ needs to create financial strategies and identify what opportunities await them. He goes above and beyond to help his clients reach their goals and strives to continually improve the client experience and quality of work (while still having fun).

As a shareholder, John helps to oversee tax reporting, planning and compliance for small businesses and their owners.

As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), he leverages his knowledge and experience to help business owners determine the value of their businesses.

With his commitment and drive, John has excelled in a short amount of time and enjoys mentoring junior staff to help them achieve their career goals. He believes the organization is destined to grow and be tremendously successful in the future, and he’s excited to be a key part of that evolution.

In addition to supporting new Rudler employees, he also works with Thomas More University students participating in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA). Together, professionals and students provide tax preparation assistance to low-income and elderly individuals.

As a resident of Alexandria, Kentucky, John enjoys exploring new restaurants and bars around Greater Cincinnati, going to the gym, going to FC Cincinnati games, and binge watching his favorite shows on Netflix when he’s not in the office. He also enjoys the company of his friends and family.
