She never thought she would pass the CPA exam, but in fact passed it while working full-time and raising three young children on her own. She also never thought she would land back in Cincinnati, but family duties called her home — and in 2016 into a management position with Rudler, PSC. Jane brings years of experience to the tax team from roles in large public accounting firms and private industry. She is also a former military spouse.
She is mainly a student of persistence and people, excited to mentor young professionals and solve client challenges. She thrives on questions and wants to build trust and teamwork inside and outside the firm. Her idea of success is helping a client make sense of accounting and taxes so that numbers can be the foundation of good business or personal decisions. She was once recruited to be the CFO for a client because of her strong organizational skills and management sense.
For several years, Jane has lent her time and skills to Cincinnati Center for Autism. She balances that strong responsibility gene with adventure, like trying a zip line. Growing up around the water, she is also a water skier and likes paddle boarding.
